Commercial Dispute Resolution Conference

  • The Signet Library Parliament Square Edinburgh, EH1 1RF Scotland (map)

The WS CDR conference is the leading update for solicitors involved in commercial litigation in Scotland, and a flagship event in the WS Society’s education programme. The keynote address will be given by Sheriff Derek O’Carroll, who will share his reflections from the bench on commercial dispute resolution in the Sheriff Court following Covid, and a look to the future, as practitioners move forward with a new digital era.  Sheriff O’Carroll is joined by leading specialist lawyers from across the country to cover current legal and practical issues in commercial litigation and ADR. The event is run in collaboration with Axiom Advocates. During a busy year in her post as President Law Society of Scotland, we are delighted that Sheila Webster WS will return as conference chair.
