The WS CDR conference is the leading update for solicitors involved in commercial litigation in Scotland. After two consecutive years online, the conference returns to the Signet Library in 2022. The keynote address will be given by the lead Commercial Court Judge, the Honourable Lord Clark. Lord Clark will reflect on judicial developments in the Commercial Court arising out of the pandemic and other recent geopolitical matters. The event is run in collaboration with Axiom Advocates.
