Personal Injury Law Conference

The popular annual PI Conference returns to the Signet Library on 12 May 2022. The event is a dedicated legal and technical update for Scottish practitioners in this area. With a keynote address from the Honourable Lady Haldane, offering her views from the bench, this year’s conference will reflect on changes brought about by the pandemic, virtual courts and anticipated developments, from both the Pursuer and Defender perspectives. The programme will also include a case law review, an update on quantum and a special session on aviation and airline accidents.
