Employment Law Conference (ONLINE)

The highly regarded annual Employment Law Conference returns on 30 September 2021, with a programme covering fundamental and emerging issues for employment lawyers, delivered by expert practitioners. Judge Simon (President, Employment Tribunals Scotland) will comment on continued virtual hearings and the use of a hybrid system in the Tribunal service, as we move out of the pandemic restrictions. Naomi Cunningham (Outer Temple Chambers) will speak on developments in ‘Stonewall Law’, in the aftermath of the Reindorf Review.
