Charities Conference (ONLINE)

The popular WS Charities Conference returns in an online format on 4 March 2021. The theme of the conference is a ‘four nations round up’ on charity law matters, policy and practice affecting charity trustees and their advisers across the UK. The keynote session will be given by the one of the UK’s foremost experts in charity law, Anne-Marie Piper (Senior Partner, Farrer & Co) who will analyse the increasing risks and opportunities for charity trustees as the health crisis continues and regulatory framework develops. The programme also includes an update on the recent consultation activity on Scottish charity law reform. The conference is chaired by Alastair Keatinge WS (Head of Charities, Lindsays) and sponsored by Aberdeen Standard Capital.
