This annual conference equips PI lawyers with the technical and legal knowledge to adapt to the latest changes in this area and to prepare for more. Sheriff Robert Weir QC will give the keynote address. Sheriff Weir will offer his views from the bench on developments in personal injury actions and ASPIC. This year's programme also features practical sessions on expenses, funding, QOCS, fee recovery and case management from both the Pursuer and Defender perspectives. The regular updates on quantum and liability case law are also included.
