The 2020 CPD year starts with the annual Charities Conference. The theme for the conference is ‘charity law soundbites’. This year the conference will feature a larger selection of speakers giving short informed updates. The programme will address the emerging legislative position following the Scottish Government consultation in 2019. The conference also features a case study on the role of charity chairpersons. Whether you advise charities on their regulation and governance, or act as charity trustee, the conference will inform you of the changing environment for Scottish charities.
