The annual Corporate Law Conference returns on 13 June with an international theme. Reflecting the current market, the programme centres on foreign investment and the acquisition and disposal of businesses overseas by Scottish companies. The conference begins with a market commentary from Roger Mayor (Deloitte) to draw out trends in recent transactions and the shape of future activity. The agenda moves on to feature an IP case study for corporate lawyers, a corporate tax update and a case law round up selected by Garry Borland QC.
